Evidence for enhanced neutron-proton correlations from the level structure of the <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>N</mml:mi><mml:mo>=</mml:mo><mml:mi>Z</mml:mi><mml:mo>+</mml:mo><mml:mn>1</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:math> nucleus <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mmultiscripts><mml:mi>Tc</mml:mi><mml:mn>44</mml:mn><mml:none /><mml:mprescripts /><mml:mn>43</mml:mn><mml:mn>87</mml:mn></mml:mmultiscripts></mml:math>

The low-lying excited states in the neutron-deficient N=Z+1 nucleus Tc444387 have been studied via fusion-evaporation reaction Fe54(Ar36, 2n1p)Tc87 at Grand Accélérateur National d'Ions Lourds (GANIL), France. AGATA spectrometer was used conjunction with auxiliary NEDA, Neutron Wall, and DIAMANT detector arrays to measure coincident prompt γ rays, neutrons, charged particles emitted reaction. A level scheme of Tc87 from (9/2g.s.+) state (33/21+) established based on six mutually γ-ray transitions. constructed structure exhibits a rotational behavior sharp backbending ℏω≈0.50 MeV. decrease alignment frequency increase sharpness odd-mass isotonic chains around N=44 is proposed as an effect enhanced isoscalar neutron-proton interactions nuclei when approaching N=Z line.Received 16 April 2021Revised 5 July 2021Accepted 9 August 2021DOI:https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevC.104.L021302Published by American Physical Society under terms Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
